Course Registration Closes:

1. I affirm that I am at least 18 years of age.

2. I understand that ISOM is a non-accredited Bible institute.

3. I understand that if I am a new student, my pastor will receive an email from ISOM regarding my participation in ISOM. If my pastor doesn't give his/her approval for my attending ISOM, I will not be able to participate.

4. I understand that it is my responsibility to read the ISOM Student Handbook (available on the ISOM website) and abide by the guidelines stated therein.

5. I understand that successful completion of ISOM courses does not guarantee credentialing with the Assemblies of God.

6. I understand and agree that prior to class instruction, a thorough self-review of the text is required, including completion of the Study Guide and Reflections and Insights Paper. I will make one photocopy of each document and turn them in upon arrival at the ISOM site for grading.

7. I understand and agree that all ISOM materials are copyrighted and, therefore, I will not use any ISOM materials in my local church or in any other setting as a teaching tool.

8. I understand and agree that my name, photo/video likeness, testimonials, high scores, etc., may be used for informational/promotional purposes related to ISOM and/or the Indiana District without my consent or remuneration.

9. I understand that if an emergency arises the week of this class, I am to contact the ISOM office and let them know. My tuition can then be forwarded to the next month's class. If I am unable to attend this class for any reason other than an emergency, I will have to forfeit my tuition.
